FAQ’S
How long will my order take to get to me?
All prints will be sent from Western Australia. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your print to be dispatched as we print on-demand. Please allow 6 working days for Delivery from dispatch date.
If you require your order rushed, please contact us.
Please ensure you double check your delivery address. We will take no responsibility for prints sent to addresses that are incorrectly provided to us.
All Australian orders are sent by Australia Post with tracking.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
International shipping is available with the option of tracked or untracked shipping. However we will not take any responsibility for lost items should you opt for untracked shipping. Please contact if your shipping area is not available so we may add it.
Can I get my order emailed instead of posted?
If you need your artwork urgently or prefer not to have the expense of postage, your design can be emailed to you for you to print yourself. We can provide detailed instructions on printing at officeworks or another printer if required.
Do you refund if I am not happy with the product I ordered?
We are happy to exchange on all hard copy non custom products.
How much is postage?
A flat rate of $9 per order is applicable per order, This covers the cost of a tracked satchel or tube with your artwork packed well so it will not get damaged.
what payment methods can I use?
Charlie + Jack DESIGNS use PayPal as a payment method on our website as it is one of the safest options available on the internet. Note that you do not need a PayPal account to checkout and pay with PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express
Can I get an artwork in a different colour to whats on the website?
Not a problem just email your request to info@charlieandjackdesigns.com.au and I will let you know if there is an extra cost.
Do you do custom designs?
I sure do…and I love doing them. Please email your request to info@charlieandjackdesigns.com.au and I will provide a quote
Do you do logo designs?
I certainly can do logo designs and I enjoy helping other small businesses create their image through their logo design and business branding. Please email info@charlieandjackdesigns.com.au for further information.
